What to bring:


Fishing:

  • Food, bottled water, beverages, and personal effects.
  • Rain gear, all-weather clothing, and rubber boots.
  • Sleeping bag and pillow.
  • Insect repellent, first aid kit, and you own personal ax.
  • Towels, dish towels and dish cloth, dish soap, and scouring pads.
  • Garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper.
  • Flashlight and gas lantern.
  • Personal floatation device

Additional gear for hunting:

  • Knives to skin and butcher your kill.
  • Cheese cloth to protect your butchered kill.
  • Rope to hang your kill.
  • Hip waders are nice to retrieved moose from the water.
  • A small backpack to carry your field gear.

Overnight accommodations:

  If a overnight stay is required to ensure an early arrived at the boat landing, we recommend Carolyn Beach Motor Inn in Thessalon ON. This will leave you with about 3 hours traveling on the day you are due to arrive. For more information click on the following link-www.carolynbeach.ca

A deposit of $100.00 per person is required to confirm you booking for all fishing trips. Deposit is nonrefundable but may be applied to a future trip.

Moose

Wolf
  • All-inclusive at all locations 1295.00 per person
Bear
  • All-inclusive at Deluge Lake 1295.00 per person
  • Housekeeping at Deluge Lake 995.00 per person

A $400.00 nonrefundable deposit per person is required to confirm your hunting trip.

Guiding
  • All-inclusive prices include guide services
  • 1 guide per adult tag for moose hunt
  • Fishing $150.00 per day per 2 people  
  • Moose  $175.00 per day - 1 or 2 people per guide
  • Eco-trekking $150.00 per day up to 4 people

South Wabus and Northwind Lakes are Saturday to Saturday

Grub, Casper, and Deluge  Lakes are Sunday to Sunday

Applicable taxes are not included in prices


  Non-resident hunters are required to show proof of past licensing before they will be issued a licence.Any valid or expired hunting licence will do.
Algoma Highlands Outfitters supports conservation.

Conservation limits are in effect at all lakes. We ask you to practise catch-eat or-release.

All prices in Canadian funds

  All fishing trips include fully equipped cabin. boat and motor per 2 people on main lakes and boat and motor or canoe on out lakes.

  Gas is included in price.

Children under 12 years of age fish for free with 2 adults.
proof of age may be required.
